Overview : This project automates the research, enrichment, and profiling of leads for cold email outreach. It begins with a list of target company URLs and produces structured, ready-to-use lead profiles that include verified emails, role-based context, and content summaries extracted directly from the target’s website.

Workflow Summary :

 

1. Input Source
Target company URLs are stored in a spreadsheet, which serves as the primary input.

2. Contact & Company Data Enrichment
Each URL is processed through the Apify Apollo Actor, extracting key details such as personal and work emails, names, job titles, company domains, and more.

3. Validation & Filtering
Only contacts with both verified emails and active organization websites are retained.

4. Website Crawling & Internal Link Collection
Valid company websites are crawled to extract internal links, which are then filtered for relevance and deduplicated.

5. Content Summarization via LLMs
Internal web pages are parsed, with HTML converted to markdown. A large language model (LLM) generates concise summaries, offering insights into the business, services, or individuals.

6. Lead Profile Assembly
The final dataset includes:

• Last Name
• Email
• Website
• Role
• Summarized website content
